1. What to include
- The email address or phone number linked to your account.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- A short description of the issue and the steps that led to it.
- Any screenshots, recordings, or exact error messages you saw.
2. Common requests
- Sign-in and account access issues.
- Billing, purchases, and minute balance questions.
- Audio session problems or live connection failures.
- Bluetooth and wearable connectivity issues.
- Data export, privacy, or account deletion requests.
3. Account deletion
You can request permanent account deletion directly in the app at Settings > Account > Delete Account.
